Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment

Ovira Learning Hub does not run fixed batches — a learner's course begins as soon as they enroll, even if they are the only student enrolled at that time. Enrollment in any Ovira Learning Hub course is confirmed only after the enrollment form has been submitted and the applicable fees (the course fee or its first installment, where applicable) have been received. Ovira Infracon Private Limited reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment application at its discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met. Enrollment is personal to the learner and is not transferable to another individual once the course has started.

2. Fees & Payment

• The course fee, which is all-inclusive of the complete course package, along with the payment schedule and accepted payment modes are as communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Where installment payments are permitted, subsequent installments must be paid by the due dates communicated by Ovira; continued access to classes and course material is subject to fees being current.
• All fees quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Schedule & Mode of Delivery

Ovira Learning Hub reserves the right to reschedule class timings, change the mode of delivery (online/offline), or postpone the start of a course due to circumstances beyond its control. Learners will be notified of any such change in advance wherever possible. Courses are offered in batch sizes of 1, 3 or 5 learners, and instruction is available in English, Hindi and Marathi.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Learners are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to remain eligible for course completion and certification.
• Learners are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards trainers, staff and fellow learners. Ovira reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a learner's enrollment, without refund, in cases of misconduct, misuse of institute property, or disruption of classes.

5. Certification

Certificates are issued by Ovira Learning Hub, and by MKCL/KLiC where applicable for MKCL-authorized courses, subject to the learner meeting the minimum attendance requirement and satisfactorily completing the assessments/assignments prescribed for that course. Certification timelines depend on the respective issuing authority and are not guaranteed on a fixed date.

6. Course Material & Intellectual Property

All course material, notes, recordings and resources provided during the course are for the personal learning use of the enrolled learner only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale or public sharing of this material without prior written consent from Ovira Infracon Private Limited is not permitted.

7. Liability

Ovira Infracon Private Limited's responsibility is limited to the delivery of the training programme as described at the time of enrollment. Ovira does not guarantee employment, internship or freelancing outcomes; such opportunities, where mentioned, are indicative and depend on the learner's own performance and external market conditions.

8. Changes to These Terms

Ovira Infracon Private Limited may revise these Terms & Conditions or course content/curriculum from time to time to reflect updated software versions, industry practices or operational requirements. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
