Refund Policy

1. No Refund Once Enrolled

Ovira Learning Hub does not run fixed batches — a learner's course begins as soon as they enroll, even if they are the only student enrolled at that time. The course fee is all-inclusive of the complete course package. Once a learner has enrolled, No Refund of the course fee will be made, regardless of whether classes have started or the number of sessions attended.

2. Enrollment Is Not Transferable

Once enrolled, the enrollment is not transferable — neither to another individual nor to a different course.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Cost of any study material, software licenses or kits already issued to the learner.
• MKCL/KLiC certification or examination fee, where charged separately, once submitted to MKCL on the learner's behalf.
